黄汐威,男,博士,杭州电子科技大学电子信息学院(集成电路科学与工程学院)教授,博导美国麻省理工学院(MIT)访问学者,现任集成电路设计与集成系统系主任。

 

2009年获北京理工大学信息工程专业学士学位,2015年获新加坡南洋理工大学电路与系统专业博士学位,2011年2月-2014年1月在新加坡科技局微电子研究院(A*STAR IME)进行博士联合培养,2014年9月-2015年4月在新加坡南洋理工大学卓越集成电路设计中心(VIRTUS)担任项目研究员,2015年4月通过“第六层次”人才引进加入杭州电子科技大学电子信息学院,2019年5月-2020年6月受国家留学基金委“青年骨干教师出国研修项目”公派资助赴美国麻省理工学院EECS系Micro/Nanofluidic BioMEMS Group访学。先后入选浙江省高校中青年学科带头人、浙江省“钱江人才”特殊急需类(D类、浙江省科协“育才工程”资助培养。


近年来,主持/完成包括国家自然科学基金面上/青年项目、国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目课题、浙江省自然科学基金重点项目、浙江省公益性技术应用研究计划、企业横向技术开发等多个项目,作为主要参与人(前三)参与了国家自然科学基金重大科研仪器研制项目等;出版英文专著1部(CMOS Integrated Lab-on-a-chip System for Personalized Biomedical Diagnosis, IEEE Wiley Press)、英文专著章节2篇(Springer和Pan Stanford出版社)、英文教材1部(EDA Technology and Verilog HDL,清华大学出版社);发表SCI期刊论文50余篇(包括ESI高被引2篇,Biosensors and Bioelectronics, Analytical Chemistry, Analyst, IEEE TBME, IEEE TBCAS等国际知名SCI期刊)、会议论文30余篇(包括IEEE VISI, IEEE BioCAS, IEEE ISSCC-SRP等Top学术会议),申请和授权专利30余项;担任多个SCI期刊(IEEE JBHI, Biosensors, Sensors, JHE)的客座编辑,Biosensors主题编辑,以及多个SCI期刊(如IEEE TBCAS/TCAS-I/TCAS-II/TII, NJP Digital Medicine, Electrophoresis, Sensors & Actuators: B. Chemical)和国际学术会议(如IEEE BioCAS, ISCAS, AICAS)的特邀审稿人,并组织和服务多个国际学术会议(ICBIPM'18, IEEE ICTA'18/20-23担任TPC委员、IEEE ASICON议程组织/主持、特邀报告等);担任国家自然科学基金、安徽省科技厅重点研究与开发计划项目、广东省基础与应用基础研究基金项目等网评/评审专家,中国半导体行业协会集成电路分会人才储备基地专家等;是IEEE Senior Member,中国电子学会和中国微纳米技术学会高级会员,中国电子学会物联网专家委员会青年专业技术组通讯委员,杭州市人工智能学会常务理事。


承担《EDA技术、《集成电路版图设计等课程的教学和教改工作。指导研究生获得国际学术会议最佳论文提名、中国研究生电子设计竞赛、浙江省“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛等奖项,毕业后进入华为等公司就业或赴浙江大学等读博深造。
