Dr. Qian Zhihua was  born in Daying County, Sichuan Province in April 1975. In July 1999, he received a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from Hangzhou Dianzi University. In March 2002, he received a master's degree in communication and information system from Nanjing University of Science and Technology. In September 2006, he received a doctorate degree in electromagnetic field and microwave technology from Nanjing University of Science and Technology. From September 2006 to September 2007, he worked as a research assistant in the Department of Electronic Engineering of City University of Hong Kong. Since October 2007, he has been a teacher of the School of Electronic Information, Hangzhou Dianzi University. Research fields mainly include computational electromagnetics, antenna and radio wave propagation, millimeter wave radar.
