Introduction: Mainly conduct systematic research on the theory and design methods of microwave power amplifiers. Development of high-performance microwave power amplifiers based on GaN transistors.

Introduction: Mainly research on RF-DC high-efficiency rectifiers in microwave power transmission systems. Design of high-efficiency RF-DC rectifiers for high-power scenarios based on GaN transistors.
