Dr. Luo received his doctorate in Glorious Sun School of Business and Management, Donghua University. She joined the School of Management, Hangzhou Dianzi University in 2023. Her research interests include supply chain management, operation management, and supply chain optimization. She has published papers in International Journal of Production Economics, Chinese Journal of Management Science, and some conference proceedings.
