杭电管理学院教师，分工会主席，浙江省科技专家库专家，浙江省政府采购评审专家，浙江省国际金融协会智库专家，浙江省电子商务促进会智库专家。共主持、核心参与国家和省部级课题10余项，出版学术专著2部，译著1部，在核心以上期刊及重要国际会议发表第一作者论文30余篇，获浙江省社科研究优秀成果奖（基础理论研究类）二等奖一项。美国伍斯特理工学院（WPI）访问学者，中美合作IQP项目负责人，浙江省一流社会实践课程“国际联合实践”主持人，获校“优秀共产党员”、“优秀指导教师”、MBA教学“三好老师”、“优秀教师”等称号。曾在世界500强上市公司从事技术与管理工作十余年，有着多学科交叉背景和多行业的企业运作、咨询与培训经验。积极服务社会，曾在多家机构兼职创业导师，担任全国及省市各类比赛评委等。
