Weihaixiao

Haixiao Wei, female, holds a PH.D. in Management. Completed her postgraduate studies in the Department of Business Administration at Xi’an Jiaotong University, obtaining her Ph.D. in Management in 2023. For her undergraduate studies, she attended the Department of Convention Economy and Management at Nankai University, where she earned a Bachelors degree in Management in 2016. She has published papers in international and domestic journals such as “IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management” and “Management Review”. She has participated in various research projects and corporate strategic consulting projects, and serves as an anonymous reviewer for journals including the “Annals of Operation Research”.
