He Xingchi, born in 1990, male, Distinguished Associate Professor of Qiantang Excellent Scholars Group of Hangzhou Dianzi University, Master Supervisor, Visiting Professor of Wuxi Taihu University, Distinguished Researcher of Tongxiang Research Institute of Zhejiang Media College, Vice President of China IP & Internet Celebrities Economic Research Institute(ICERI). Ph.D of Design from Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea under the Ministry of Education, CSC, a high-level overseas returnee in Zhejiang Province, an expert in the Zhejiang Science and Technology Expert Database, a member of the Korea Design Trends Association (KSDT), a director of the Hangzhou Creative Design Research Association, and Asia China & Korea Design Association(ADCK) founder, curator.Now serves as the chief brand strategy consultant of Shenzhen Brand Consulting Co., Ltd.Served as the propaganda director of the 5th National Association of Overseas Students in Korea,Publicity Officer of the Chinese Doctoral Association in Korea,Member of the editorial board of the first blue book on the Internet economy Report on the Development of China's IP and Internet Celebrities Economy.Published a number of important academic achievements in the core journals of KCI in Korea (indexed by Web of Science),and Won the Academic Innovation Award of the Chinese Embassy in South Korea for many times.
