个人简介

曾平良,男,博士,国家特聘专家,浙江省特聘专家,杭州电子科技大学教授、博导,IET Fellow, IEEE高级会员, IEC TC122 WG1 召集人2015-2017)IEC TC122 WG1IEC TC8 JWG10JWG12专家成员,IEC 1906国际标准贡献奖和第七届中国侨界贡献奖获得者。

1984年毕业于华中科技大学,于1985年出国留学到英国斯特拉斯克莱德(Strathclyde University)大学攻读博士学位。1990年获得博士学位后加入英国国家电网公司(National Grid Company参加工作。历任高级工程师、高级商务分析师、系统运行激励机制与策略部经理、英国输电网设计部经理等职务。2011年入选国家海外高层次人才引进计划(第六批),并于2012年全职回国, 加入中国电力科学研究院,担任电力系统分析与规划首席专家,于2017年加入杭州电子科技大学。回国后,先后承担及参与了国家级和国家电网公司科技项目10项,包括“千人计划”专项支持项目,国家自然基金重点项目4其中项目负责人2),国家“863项目(项目负责人)及国家“一带一路”国际合作重大项目。出版专著2部,发表论文130多篇,其中SCI/EI论文90多篇。 获省部级科技进步奖4项、国际标准贡献奖IEC1906奖一项以及中国侨联“中华全国归国华侨联合会第七届新侨贡献奖”一项

主要研究方向是电力系统分析与规划、可再生能源并网、电动汽车接入、电力系统可靠性、规模化储能应用,分布式电源、负荷侧响应、综合能源系统。
