received the B.S. degree in electronic and information engineering from Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China, in 2006, the M.S.degree in communication and information system from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology. From April 2009 to April 2012, he served as an Electronic Design Engineer with the Institute of Marine Electronic Equipment, Yangzhou, China. He is currently an Professor with the School of Automation, Hangzhou Dianzi University, Hangzhou, China. His research interests include signal processing, signal parameters estimation, object detection, and development of field programmable gate array (FPGA), etc.
