Dr. Teng Zhao is an associate professor of  Higher Education and Public Policy and the founding director of the Center for Research in Science, Technology, and Innovation Education at Hangzhou Dianzi University. He also serves as director of Editorial Office of Data Science and Informetrics. His research interests include, but not limited to higher education, STEM education, student success, and public policy.
