杨得鑫,男,校聘教授(钱塘学者),博士生导师(电子科学与技术),浙江杭州人。英国剑桥大学联合培养博士研究生(2014-2015),剑桥大学访问学者(2023, 2024, 2025);浙江大学博士后/访问学者(2019-至今)。入选首批“浙江省高校领军人才培养计划”,曾荣获校“科研之星”称号。主要从事新一代存储芯片(例如畴壁存储器)和光电子器件(例如发光二极管和太阳能器件等)的基础研发工作,并聚焦半导体材料相变机理与微观结构动力学研究,旨在将基础机理研究转化为存储器件和光电子器件性能的提升。目前已主持国家级项目2项,省部级项目3项;授权国家发明专利3件;已发表学术论文67篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者学术论文29篇,有多篇论文发表在Nature Communications,Physical Review B,InfoMat, Advanced Functional Materials,JPCL和Nature Electronics上。兼任中国物理学会内耗与力学谱专业委员会青年委员。杭电-埃兰光电子与自旋电子材料与器件联合实验室主任。 工作/学习经历 2023.09-至今 英国剑桥大学 访问学者(凝聚态物理,合作导师:Prof. Michael A.
