张骐,博士,特聘教授。2013年1月博士毕业于北京科技大学材料物理与化学系,2013年6月加入华中科技大学材料科学与工程学院,2016年晋升副教授,硕士生导师、博士生导师,2018年起任杭州电子科技大学材料与环境工程学院特聘教授(研究员),2020年11月至2021年10月THE UNIVERSITY OF TOKYO,JAPAN客座研究员,2023年创办湖州科微半导体科技有限公司,任总经理兼研发主管,曾担任湖北省电镜学会理事,入选武汉市青年科技朝阳计划(2017年), 浙江省新材料产业智库首批专家名单(2020),中国体视学会会员(2022)。主要从事低维无机光电功能材料和微纳光电器件的研究工作,在纳米材料的控制合成、光电器件的构筑和测试、微观结构与性能的量化表征方面积累了丰富的研究经验。目前已在CHEM. SOC. REV.,PROG. MATER. SCI., ADV. MATER., ADV. FUNCT. MATER., NANO ENERGY, SMALL, APPL. PHYS. LETT.等材料科学领域国际著名期刊上发表SCI论文70余篇(其中以第一/通讯发表SCI论文43篇, ESI高被引5篇),全部论文被SCI引用2300余次,H=26(WEB OF SCIENCE截至2021.07.14),获得授权中国专利14项,参与编写英文专著3部,中文专著2部,主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年基金,参与重大研究计划培育等项目,应国际国内学术会议邀请(口头)报告20余次,曾获研究生国家奖学金,北京市优秀毕业生,湖北省第十六届自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖等荣誉,担任weiley、ACS、elsevier等出版社多个杂志的审稿人。


   

电子信息材料与器件实验室成立于2018年,依托杭州电子科技大学材料与环境工程学院,现有研究员1人,讲师3人。本实验室围绕无机光电纳米晶体开展工作,从发展“微环境”可控的纳米制造方法、研究其新颖的物理化学性质到开拓它们独特的器件应用,重视规律性的探索,特别是原位表征方法的建立,主要研究方向为能源光电材料及器件,包括发光二极管、光电探测器、太阳能电池、光电催化等。欢迎有志之士加盟,共创未来!


    主要研究方向:

        (1)低维半导体材料“微环境”可控生长及光电器件;

        (2)低维半导体材料表面电子输运及光电转换动力学;

         (3)低维光电材料在光伏能源及柔性电子器件的应用。
