个人简介
国家海外高层次人才计划特聘专家,杭州电子科技大学特聘教授,爱尔兰国立科克大学微电子专业博士,曾任爱尔兰丁达尔国家研究院终身研究员、博士生导师。研究内容包括:针对未来先进XPU芯片的全集成电源、功率无源器件的理论建模和优化设计、超高频高效电源管理、新一代集成电感(变压器)、片上集成隔离电源、先进微能量采集及超低能耗电源管理、电源自给无线物联网等。团队拥有全套用于无源器件研发的超净间和器件电性能测试实验室,可实现无源器件的MEMs工艺开发以及晶圆级器件和系统级电路多种类电性能参数测试。
在硅衬底上集成功率磁器件领域有突破性进展,解决了实现高效片上集成开关电源的技术瓶颈,研究成果达世界领先水平,其研发的第一代硅片上磁集成技术已经成功授权给多家知名的跨国大型半导体和通讯设备企业,与国内外知名公司和科研机构有着广泛的交流合作,致力于解决未来先进XPU芯片电源小型化、集成化瓶颈问题。曾获得爱尔兰企业局颁发的2012年度欧盟框架研究课题领导奖和2011爱尔兰年度工业技术专利授权大奖。
