个人简介


 

苏伟涛(1978.5-), , 河南省宝丰县人, 博士,教授,博士生导师,浙江省高校中青年学科带头人,杭州电子科技大学拔尖人才A计划资助。2004年于中南大学材料科学与工程学院毕业并获得材料学专业硕士,2007年于中国科学院上海技术物理研究所毕业并获得物理电子学博士,2013-2015年于中国科学院宁波材料所从事博士后研究工作。2007年起在杭州电子科技大学工作。2011-201220143月到7月, 20159月到20162月,三次受邀在英国国家物理实验室从事二维材料近场光学性质研究工作。主要从事薄膜材料、纳米材料和二维材料等低维材料的制备以及其光电性能研究、超分辨针尖增强拉曼技术研究等。在二维材料、量子点、光电薄膜材料的制备与光谱分析方面有十多年的工作积累。目前主持或参与国家自然科学基金多项,中国博士后基金和浙江省自然科学基金项目(3项)。迄今为止在国内外学术期刊Nature Communications, Nanoscale, Nano ResearchChemical CommunicationsJMCCPCCP等杂志上发表SCI论文120余篇,获授权发明专利十余项。目前担任ACS NANONanoscale, Chemical CommunicationsInfrared Physics &Technology等杂志的审稿人。


主要研究方向:

1.  新型二维材料生长及其光电特性研究;

2.  针尖增强拉曼/荧光光谱研究;

 

实验条件:

经过多年建设已具备了从事二维材料生长、样品表征等基础实验条件,二维材料生长设备方面,拥有多台管式炉,可方便的实现高质量单层二维材料的生长。在二维材料的结构与形貌表征方面,拥有原子力显微镜、金相显微镜、转移台等设备。在二维材料光学性能检测方面,拥有自主搭建的共聚焦显微拉曼光谱仪,可进行显微拉曼和显微PL 测试。在TERS/TEPL 测试方面,拥有 HR EvoNano 针尖增强纳米光谱系统,可用于TERS TEPL 测试。该系统的原子力测试部分拥有电学模式,可以进行STMPFM、导电模式和KPFM 模式测试。
