卢旸 

男, 浙江台州人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。

20086月获浙江大学工学学士学位,20136月获浙江大学工学博士学位,同年进入杭州电子科技大学通信学院工作。20129月至20131月赴香港中文大学访学,201611月至20175月赴瑞典皇家理工学院访学。
