个人简介

涂海程,男,1994年8月出生,博士毕业于浙江大学信息与电子工程学院。杭州电子科技大学通信工程学院专任教师,硕士生导师,所属智能网络与泛在通信团队。研究方向为人工智能、大数据分析、智能优化与决策、复杂网络等理论与应用研究。现为IEEE电路与系统学会能源专委会委员。在国际高水平学术期刊上发表SCI、EI检索期刊论文10余篇,包含ESI高被引论文(被引次数前1%),中科院一区(Top论文5篇),申请专利10余项,主持或参与横纵向项目近10项,受邀承担IEEE TSG, IEEE TPS, IEEE TCAS, RESS等多个Top期刊审稿人。
