       夏永祥,杭州电子科技大学通信工程学院教授,博士生导师。于清华大学电子工程系获得本科和博士学位,之后在香港理工大学和澳大利亚国立大学从事研究工作,2010年回国后在浙江大学工作,2019年加入杭州电子科技大学。       

       主要从事网络科学与工程交叉研究方向,包括链路预测、复杂网络化系统(信息物理系统、电动车网络等)的建模、鲁棒性分析与优化等,主持多项国家及省自然科学基金项目,在国际权威期刊及会议上已发表英文学术论文80余篇,包括ESI高被引论文1篇。他是IEEE高级会员,IEEE Nonlinear Circuits and Systems技术委员会委员,IEEE Power and Energy Circuits and Systems技术委员会委员,中国指挥与控制学会网络科学与工程专委会常委,中国指挥与控制学会可靠性专委会委员,中国工业与应用数学学会复杂网络与复杂系统专委会委员。担任国际权威期刊IEEE Open Journal of Circuits and Systems (2022.1-  )和IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems–II: Express Briefs(2016-2021)期刊副主编,Scientific Reports期刊编委,Chaos期刊客座编委(2019),以及多个国际会议的组委会成员。获得IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering 2022年度、物理学报2019和2021年度优秀审稿人。培养的硕士曾获得中国电子学会优秀硕士论文奖。
