网络空间安全学院（浙江保密学院）

刘尧现为杭州电子科技大学力行讲席教授，国家级人才，系统安全研究所所长，博士生导师。她博士毕业于美国北卡罗莱纳州立大学 (North Carolina State University)。她曾任美国南佛罗里达大学 (University of South Florida) 的终身正教授。她长期从事计算机和网络空间安全领域的研究，她在国际会议及期刊发表80余篇学术论文 (其中CCF-A 类57篇)。她的一作论文获得了安全四大顶级会议之一的 ACM Conference on Computer and Communications Security (ACM CCS) 2019的时间检验论文奖。她还获得过移动自组织网络重要国际会议IEEE MASS 2010的最佳论文奖，以及国际信息处理会IEEE GlobalSiP 2019的最佳论文奖。她担任网络空间安全领域顶级期刊IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security (IEEE TIFS)和IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing (IEEE TDSC) 的高级编辑 (Senior Editor), 以及其他安全和网络国际顶级期刊, 包括IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking (ACM/IEEE TON)，ACM Transactions on Privacy and Security (ACM TOPS)的编委会成员。美国国家自然科学基金于2016年授予她杰出青年科学家事业奖 (CAREER Award)。作为项目负责人，她主持过多项美国自然科学基金项目。她还担任国际安全顶会IEEE Symposium on Security and Privacy (IEEE S&P) 的核心组织工作，并且负责学生差旅资助。
