个人简介

江西临川人。博士（后）、杭州电子科技大学教授、博士生导师。杭州电子科技大学区块链技术交叉创新团队负责人、区块链技术研究院负责人。

中国密码学学会理事、中国密码学会区块链技术专委会委员、中国密码学会密码应用工作委员会委员、中国密码学会组织工作委员会委员、美国数学评论（Mathematical Reviews）评论员。

1988年毕业于武汉大学代数学专业，获硕士学位。2003年毕业于大连理工大学，获理学博士学位。2001年至2003年在北京邮电大学信息安全中心研修。2004年至2007年在北京航空航天大学从事博士后科研工作。担任国际会议IEEE ICCT杭州区常任主席、韩国国际会议IEEE ICACT常任技术程序委员会委员。

作为大会程序委员会主席，主持承办了中国密码学会2024年区块链密码学术会议、中国密码学会2016年会、2012年中外华人学者密码学杭州论坛。主持了中国通信学会主办、杭州电子科技大学承办的第十六届全国青年通信学术会议。2015年主持了浙江省人社厅主办与我校联合承办的“基于生物特征的隐私保护与金融安全”高研班。

在美国Clemson University与新加坡Nanyang Technological University访学多年，应邀到美国University of North Carolina at Charlotte、美国Georgia Institute of Technology进行短期学术访问。

近年来主持了国家自然科学基金项目、教育部重点科技项目、中国博士后科学基金、浙江省自然科学基金杰青项目、浙江省自然科学基金重点项目、省自然科学基金、浙江省钱江人才计划项目、国家密码发展基金、信息安全国家重点实验室开放课题等及其它若干课题。在密码学、生物特征识别技术及区块链研究领域发表SCI检索论文80余篇，获发明专利授权20多项、软著权5项。

主要研究兴趣：密码算法理论与技术应用、区块链技术及应用、隐私计算与生物特征识别安全。
