个人简介
闫文君,女,副教授。2017年博士毕业于天津大学微电子学与固体电子学专业,赴加州伯克利交流学习近两年,浙江大学博士后,一直从事MEMS气体传感器器件与智能嗅觉的研究。主持国家自然科学基金1项(在研)、浙江省自然科学基金1项(结题),浙江省“尖兵领雁”研发攻关项目子课题1项(在研),横向课题在研1项;以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文10余篇;授权发明专利5项。
