杨志远,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。20179月毕业于香港中文大学,获生物信息学博士学位。201712月加入杭州电子科技大学生命信息与仪器工程学院,从事教学科研工作,20196月转入自动化学院。

近年来在BMC genomicsComputers in Biology and MedicineIEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics等国际知名生物信息学期刊上发表论文30余篇,主持或者参与国家自然基金浙江省自然科学基金,浙江省教育厅项目等多项。目前担任《Interdisciplinary Sciences: Computational Life Sciences》、《Computers in Biology and Medicine》等多个著名国际期刊审稿人。

主要研究方向包括但不限于:

(1) 常见致病微生物基因组和非编码RNA的分析 (生物类)

(2) 单细胞多组学测序数据中生物标志物的挖掘 (生物类)

(3) 使用深度学习算法开发常见疾病的预测工具 (计算类)
