洪宇翔，管理学博士，杭州电子科技大学管理学院副教授，博士生导师/硕士生导师，首批钱江学者优秀青年，FMS管理科学高质量期刊Journal of Computer Information Systems、Journal of Medical Internet Research等期刊编委、副主编。曾在科技部成果转化与区域创新司借调锻炼，推动高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区科技创新行动方案工作专班成员。博士毕业于暨南大学，国家公派荷兰乌特勒支大学政府管理学院联合培养，英国普利茅斯大学网络安全研究院访问学者，并在牛津大学、济州国立大学、韩国中部大学、首尔研究院、京都大学短期访问。研究方向为应急管理、网络安全治理、区域创新。主持国家社科基金项目等多项国家和省部级课题。 获国家教学成果二等奖、浙江省教学成果一等奖、浙江省统计青年课题成果一等奖、浙江省大学生经济管理案例竞赛优秀指导教师、Emerald Literati Awards 杰出审稿人。以第一作者或通讯作者在SSCI/SCI/CSSCI期刊发表论文30余篇，出版多部专著/编著，在浙江日报理论版、“之江策”发表政策文章6篇，多篇研究报告获省部级领导批示。
