洪宇翔

洪宇翔，杭州电子科技大学副教授，硕士生导师，首批钱江学者优秀青年。博士毕业于暨南大学，国家公派荷兰乌特勒支大学政府管理学院联合培养，英国普利茅斯大学网络安全研究院访问学者，并在英国牛津大学、韩国济州国立大学短期访问。曾在科技部成果转化与区域创新司借调锻炼，推动高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区科技创新行动方案工作专班成员。主持的项目包括国家社科基金项目，浙江省社科规划课题，浙江省自然科学基金项目，以及浙江省发展与改革委、浙江省农业农村厅、浙江省统计局、杭州市决策咨询委、杭州市应急办、杭州市人防办、杭州市科技局、杭州市发展研究中心等委托课题。获国家教学成果二等奖、浙江省教学成果一等奖、浙江省统计青年课题成果一等奖、浙江省大学生经济管理案例竞赛优秀指导教师、Emerald Literati Awards 杰出审稿人、杭州电子科技大学管理学院科研之星、育人之星、服务之星、教学之星。在SSCI/SCI/CSSCI期刊发表论文30余篇，出版多部专著/编著，在浙江日报理论版发表政策文章4篇，多篇研究报告获省部级领导批示。

研究方向：风险沟通与应急管理、行为信息安全、区域创新。
