个人简介

1990年5月生,浙江杭州人,杭州电子科技大学中国科教评价研究院、浙江高等教育研究院副教授,硕士生导师,高教强省发展战略与评价研究中心(浙江智库)副主任,Data Science and Informetrics 编辑部主任民建浙江省委会教科文卫委员会委员,毕业于Florida State University高等教育学博士、公共管理学硕士。主要从事高等教育、科学教育、科创(STEM)教育、教育数字化、职业教育、生涯发展、性别差异等研究。以第一作者或通讯作者在Educational Evaluation and Policy Analysis, International Journal of STEM Education, International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction, 浙江社会科学等SSCI、SCI、CSSCI、及核心刊物发表论文20余篇;撰写的调研报告,1篇得到省部级领导批示,5篇得到党派中央采纳,2篇得到省级党政部门采纳;主持各类课题经费超过1000万;担任International Journal of STEM Education、Higher Education、Behavioral Science等15个SSCI、SCI期刊审稿人。
